Founded by a compliance-surveillance and NLP specialist
Theia AR was founded by Sharon L. Bolding, PhD. At Citi, she led the team that built an AI platform for compliance surveillance, including a risk model spanning 42 languages. Her background is in natural-language processing, machine learning, and data-driven product strategy.
She holds a PhD in Linguistics (University of British Columbia) and has co-founded multiple companies. Theia AR applies that expertise to a focused problem: helping rights holders see, and document, where their content meets AI.
